A breathtaking photo of the Little Red Spot
NASA has released the latest photograph of Jupiter taken by the Juno probe. This time, the probe took a stunning photo of the so-called “giant planet”. Little Red Spot – currently the third largest anticyclone on the Gas Giant.
The Little Red Spot has the designation NN-LRS-1 and is observed by scientistsów since 23 years. The size of this storm is close to the size of our planet. The picture was taken with the JunoCam instrument installed on the probe. The probe took it on December 11 last year from an altitude of 16,600 kilometersów.
